The location of the hostel is beautiful, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and within walking distance to the lake and main town. the common lounge and eating area are nice, creating a friendly atmosphere. the staff is friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate solo female travelers and answer questions.
Some other guests were inconsiderate, flooding one of the floors and playing loud music late at night.

The hostel is clean and tidy. The room with four beds is perfect for my family of four. Though toiilets and showers are outside the room, they are separated into individual rooms and there are many of them. The canteen serves good dinner and breakfast. There is also a game room at the basement that I spent some time with the kids. There is a bus running from the train station that stops right in front of the hostel.

Helpful staff. Good and delicious meal with lots of choices. Nice and clean room. It's about 15 min away from the train station by bus. Bit, with the bus which reaches the hostel every half an hour at peak travel season . The location isn't inconvenient at all.

I was travelling with friends and all of us had the opinion that the hostel was really good. The dinner and breakfast are exceptional with a lot of variety and they never run out of anything! I have never seen such a huge selection for breakfast in any hostel till date and all the products/food item were of really good quality. They even sold us tickets for mountain trains/cable cars for just 20 chf for 2 days!! All in all I would say they were really kind, helpful people.
Nothing. They were just perfect! Welcoming, warm, helpful and the total atmosphere was really nice and upbeat. Just that maybe they can have more wc in each corridor.
